The route components of the two URLs above are "LSSRC" and "HRDR."
"LSSRC" refers to "Library Support Staff Resource Center" and "HRDR" refers to "Office for Human Resource Development and Recruitment." Both have some pages on the American Library Association's website, but no reference to "articles" nor an article called "refdesk" can be found. ALA did not leave a forwarding addresses from either.
